How to order
It’s really easy!
The order process consists of 5 stages: 1. Users must fill out the special order form with the information needed to conclude the contract. 2. Users must select the payment method and fill out the necessary information. 3. Users then select the dispatch method. 4. Users then have the chance to review their order, check over it and make changes. 5. The order is then placed.
The system automatically guides customers from one stage to the next until the order is completed. Before the order is completed, dovilleka.gr will inform customers about the identify and address of the supplier, the essential features of the product, the price, quantity, postage costs, payment and delivery method, the validity and value of any special offers, and the customer’s right to withdraw from the transaction. The order is then stored in the customer’s account. After the order form is sent, customers will receive an electronic version of the order, which they can then save.
The prices shown include VAT at the lawful rate. The prices shown do not include postage costs. Customers will be notified about the total cost, including postage costs, before the order is placed.
Three alternative payment methods are available (Greek customers):

Goods are delivered free of charge within Greece if the order is over 80 euros. For orders under 80 euros, delivery costs are charged to you by dovilleka.gr depending on your residence and value of the purchase.
Postage charges abroad vary depending on the country and the quantity of products ordered. Customers are notified about the exact cost in each case before the order is placed.
Goods are dispatched to the address indicated by the customer. Goods are dispatched within 3 days throughout all of Greece.
Goods are also dispatched abroad within 3 days.
If there is any change to this, customers will be notified by email about the expected dispatch date.
If it is not possible to deliver products within the specified time because of force majeure (e.g. poor weather conditions, strikes, etc.), customers will receive an email asking whether they wish their order to be completed or not. dovilleka.gr bears no liability for any circumstances beyond its control.
Customers are entitled to return the entire order or part thereof without being obliged to give reasons for wanting to return the products. This must be done within 14 working days from the date on which the order was received. In this case, they only have to pay the direct cost of returning the products. If the reason for returning the products is a mistake dovilleka.gr made, the company undertakes to cover the cost of returning the products.
Customers must email and to inform to the address email@example.com. If the letter is sent by ordinary mail, it must arrive at dovilleka.gr within the withdrawal deadline of 14 working days.
Customers are obliged to send the products in the same perfect condition in which they received them, i.e. without the packaging having been opened or without special labels having been removed from the products. In addition, when returning products, they must include the sales receipt and if they have not already sent the withdrawal form by email, they must also include the withdrawal form.
When products are returned, payment will be returned to the customer in accordance with the method the customer opted for when paying for the order. Money will be returned no later than 30 days from the date on which dovilleka.gr receives the returned products.

The company is not able to offer a right to replacement products. If customers wish to change certain products they are obliged to return them to the company and to place a new order. If the products are being returned because the company made a mistake, the company will pay the cost of return.
